To navigate to AreaAdmin, navigate to WebAdmin→DownTimeAreaAdmin

The link should redirect to the url ~/DesignerPages/area_designer.aspx

Click on create new area.

Click Edit on the new blank area with the name "NoName"

Now, edit the options and click save.  Note: It is recommended to leave defaults for all fields except Button Caption and ButtonToolTIp and security Role Required.  Security Role required is for folks who are ENTERING the data.
