We provide an interface that alerts users to complete a Work Place Exam, a mechanism to do data entry, a simple report and a live dashboard that can be displayed on any computer.
In accordance with the new rule, it will prompt once for each shift for each area of the plant that you specify. We can break them into groups like:
...
Authenticated and/or anonymous users can create new Plant Hazard's with this data entry interface. Validation/Required fields are:
- Date Of Hazard
- Hazard Reported By
- Area of Hazard
- Location Of Hazard
- Description of Hazard
- Second level validation is currently in development to ensure if Date of Hazard Removed is populated, Hazard Removed by will be required, along with SAP Number.
The report lists all open hazards from the most recent to the oldest, open items on top. Clicking on a row takes you back to the data entry page.
The drop down menu is a customizable list. It is not required and can be hidden.
The report page can be manipulated by you. It shows all open events and by default the last 7 days. You can change the start and end dates to as long of a time frame as you like. Each column is search and sortable.
Drag and Drop columns to re-order them or to group by them.
Columns can be added or removed to suit your preferences. Here we have added a field to track the "SAP Number".
Optionally you can see the history of this record when in edit mode.
The report looks as such.
Along with our customization report-style dashboard, we also include an automatic scrolling dashboard for use in general areas of your facility for multiple people to take note of daily. This auto-scrolling page refreshes the data shown after every run-through of the plant hazards so everyone is informed and up to date.
