Authenticated and/or anonymous users can create new Plant Hazard's with this data entry interface. 
Validation/Required fields are:
- Date Of Hazard
- Hazard Reported By
- Area of Hazard
- Location Of Hazard
- Description of Hazard
- Second level validation is currently in development to ensure if Date of Hazard Removed is populated, Hazard Removed by will be required, along with SAP Number.
The report lists all open hazards from the most recent to the oldest, open items on top. Clicking on a row takes you back to the data entry page.
