- Left click and hold the button on the item you want to move, release the mouse when you have it in the spot you prefer

- Modify questions:
- By changing the text in the box
- Clicking the "X" next to the question to remove it
- Entering a new question in the box below "Add New Question". Click "Add Question" when done.
