The purpose of this module is to log opacity inspections on equipment based on a user defined schedule.
This form is based on the EPA sample provided in Title 40 Part 60 Method 22
This module allows you to:
- Report on daily/monthly inspections
- Track previous inspection Visual Emission status.
- Customizable header data and questions
- Export historical data
- Entries can be locked once all entries are made. This prevents future modification
- Sketches of sources can be attached to form in compliance with EPA requirement
