_Copy a User

To copy the existing permissions of a user in Plant Focus, navigate to Web Admin → User Admin or to the url ~/DOR/adminPages/UserAdmin.aspx

1. Once the page has loaded, select the user you wish to copy from the list of users.

2. 

   Next, select the “Edit User” button.

3. 

   Then choose the “Duplicate User” button

4. 

   This will bring up a NewUser with the same permissions (pictured below). Fill in all of the personal information of the new user, then when you are done click the “Save User” button.

5. 

   

   That's it! Your new user is now added to the system.
