Viewing report security
Any user that has a login to the system can view any of the reports already created.
Data Entry Security
Each data entry page has its own security configuration. To change it you must be in one of these roles:
- Admins
- PlantFormsAdmin
From the top navigation menu, click 
, on the left that says: 
, it will take you to the page:
~/PlantForms/FormsAdmin/FormsAdmin.aspx
Select the appropriate shift comment form from the drop down menu
You will see "Required Role:" and the role name. Any users within this role can do data entry on this form.
