To create a new user in PlantFocus, navigate to Webadmin→UserAdmin  or navigate to the url ~/DOR/adminPages/UserAdmin.aspx


1.Select new user in the top left of the main body

2. Here, you can enter the user's information.  Note that this page can be returned to after the user has been created to edit their information.




3. Once the information has been entered, click "save user".  After that, a new set of info will display containing public information (things that aren't passwords or pin codes)  here, roles are added one at a time by selecting from the drop down menu and selecting "add role".


Note that there is no save needed, the page automatically saves the information as you add/append/remove the roles.
