ProForms

Proforms is used to convert old paper processes to an web interface. The entries of a form can then be triggered by downtime events, DOR entries, & shift start/end.

Forms can be free form or template, i.e. a basic list of questions, or a list of areas/topics and have a template of "questions" to ask.
