Downtime, Reliability and Utilization Reporting

Automated detection of downtime events (DTE) for all process lines at the facility. Manual update for each DTE. Customizable cause and equipment lists for each DTE that is user selectable. Comments section for each DTE on user entry. Day, MTD, YTD or PTD, YTD summary and detailed report for each process line or multiple lines detailing Operating Hours, Incident Hours, Circumstance Hours, Scheduled Down Hours, Total Hours, NSFI, MTBF, NCOD, Total Number of Incidents and hours,  Electrical Incidents and hours, Mechanical Incidents and hours, Production Incidents and hours, Utilization and Reliability.

The downtime system can optionally be 100% manual driven, it does not have to interface with any systems to automate DTE detection.

Interactive Pie or bar chart reporting tool for outlining the number of occurrences for each cause or equipment item and the number of hours the process line was down due to it.

Summary report listing of each cause or equipment item, if it was an incident or not, and its percentages in comparison to all the others for this line.

Detailed summary report itemizing each cause or equipment item, the total number and hours and percentages of each in relation to each other for the duration of time selected.
