_Shift Comments

Users will be prompted with a pre-defined customizable list of questions to be answered on each shift. Questions are in the form of drop down menus with pre-defined and customizable answers, raw text entry, numbers or a date/time selector. 

Once the data is entered, reports can be created to include answers to the questions from multiple input pages.

The criteria report allows the user to select individual questions over a period of time to better trend what is happening to any one item across time and multiple shifts.

Users can also graph the numerical values entered during the shift.

The Shift Comments admin tools allows for easy customization and creation of data entry and reporting sheets. There is no limit to the number of entry and report pages you can create.
