The Coaching system provides a per shift analysis and review of optimization and downtime data and a platform to communicate private messages regarding the shift based data.
Features and functions:
The coaching system allows you to map selected optimization and downtime data to the shift that is associated with that data. It has a scoring system that allows certain optimization parameters to be weighted to determine the shift score. Shift reports can be generated and reviewed. In addition, a chat system is available to communicate and give feedback regarding the information on the reports.
Prerequisites
Schedules and/or Shifts must be setup for the plant to utilize the coaching system for this see:
Optimization data needs to be setup and collected.
Downtime data collection should be configured as it is also used to help analyze the reports.

Security Roles Associated/Needed for Coaching System
“PCSCoach” and “Process Control Supervisor” roles are able to utilize this functionality.
