Distributed Monthly Targets

This page: ~/dor/inputpages/inputgroup-monthlytargets.aspx

will allow you to create a daily production targets into the future. You will enter a single value for the month, and it will save a value for every day in that month out based upon any scheduled downtime associated with the selected downtime area.

In order to do so you’ll setup a new DOR item that its interval is Monthly Targets

The Summary Type Secondary Tag field represents a downtime area that this tag is associated with. If the downtime area does not exist, it will simply assume there is no downtime for the month selected. If there is a valid downtime area, it will see how many scheduled down hours there are for each day and ratio out the production for the entire month.

You can see the downtime areas or create a new one from here: ~/DesignerPages/area_designer.aspx

Use the integer under the column IDNum

In order to schedule downtimes in the future, there is a soft coded setting called dtSchedulerRole that Production Data can change for you in the web.config section of Plant Focus.

Note: I selected downtime area 999 that does not exist. When I hit preview it indicates 0 hours of downtime for each day.

You can then graph the data and see it has saved its value for each day. ~/DOR/Reports/DataMultiGraph.aspx?showplcids=7244
