Access the page by clicking on  Web Admin then on the top left you wills see

This page is how you setup the IP21 tagname, the value read that will indicate the area is operational, enabled/disabled, default reason, default equipment and minimum time required to be down.

By clicking edit on an item will give you these options.

If you have a Central Server and Collector scenario this information will be sent to the collector at midnight and then begin pulling in the data for the new IP21 tagname and other values entered here.
