Send new user invite via hyperlink

A new PlantFocus feature allows site admins to send an invite link via email to any new PlantFocus users.  This is system ensures that only the intended recipient is able to create a user account in PlantFocus.  Here's how - 

Email the user an invite link.

Navigate to the User Admin page via Webadmin→User Admin.

Once on this page, click "Create Invite Link" and copy the text that appears to the right of the button.

After this, send the link to the new user via email.  

NOTE - 

In order to use this method of adding a user, the user MUST have an active email address that they can access.

New User - Click on the link sent in the email.

Follow this link, and fill out your information on the page.

Click "Submit"

Confirm your new PlantFocus user via the confirmation email that is sent
