Open enrollment is a PlantFocus feature that empowers site admins to have new users register on their own. Open enrollment is a setting in the "user administration" that can be changed by any Administrator.
Setting this value to Enabled or Disabled will allow Open Enrollment to be active or not for the entire site. Only admins with access to User Administration can set this value.
This button is visible when Open Enrollment is enabled. Anyone can follow this link and create a user account.
Users will fill in their information and desired username. If the username is taken, it will not create the account and notify the user immediately. All fields are required for registration.
Click on Submit.
Follow the instructions onscreen.
Browse to the link in the Email, login and you are done!
